I built a complete trauma-informed assessment quiz inside Tally, exactly following the client’s written specification. The quiz determines the subscriber’s current emotional “lane” using structured questions, conditional scoring logic, and lane-based result screens.

The project included configuring all questions, adding majority-logic scoring, applying tiebreak logic using Question 1, and attaching three ConvertKit tags for lane type and readiness. All tag rules and language were implemented word-for-word from the approved text.
